Konami “investigating” why MGS Delta crashes when you take off your hat

No game launches in a perfect state. In 2025, most games arrive with a day one patch to install, because devs have been working until the very last minute to polish and perfect their creation. While it’s never a great experience for those of us without speedy internet connections, the flipside is, in theory, we get to play a better version of the game. Konami hasn’t promised a day one patch for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater just yet, but it has said it’s “investigating” some pretty major bugs a day before launch.
