I can’t wait for this new survival game that’s basically Minecraft meets Skyrim

I’ve always wondered why more games don’t ape the aesthetic of Minecraft and its similarly blocky cousin, Roblox. The hugely popular games require talented artists, but not the time and precision of hyper-realistic character models that triple-A titles strive for. On the indie scene, where pixel art and cel-shading reign supreme, why not try something different? That’s exactly what Everwind is doing, mixing Minecraft’s art direction and crafting mechanics with a Skyrim-style fantasy open world, where you can shoot fireballs, slash golems, and live out your stealth archer dreams.
