Hit soulslike Black Myth Wukong is getting a surprise, horror-tinged sequel

Black Myth: Wukong was one of the biggest surprises of last year. A massively popular take on the Chinese classic Journey to the West, Wukong combines the spectacle of a game like Devil May Cry 5 with the more methodical, punishing combat of Elden Ring and Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. Its sequel, Black Myth: Zhong Kui, was just unveiled through a surprise trailer during Gamescom’s Opening Night Live. And it looks to pick up where Wukong left off, while also adding some extra horror to the formula.
