VOID/BREAKER Launches 1.0 Today, Leaving Early Access

Publisher Playstack has confirmed that VOID/BREAKER launches its 1.0 version on November 4, 2026, ending Early Access. The official Steam store page for VOID/BREAKER (App 2615540) lists the game as Leaving Early Access on 4 Nov, 2026, so the full release is available to play now.

VOID/BREAKER is an adrenaline-fueled roguelite FPS built around a simple premise: you are trapped in an endless sequence by an all-seeing, hostile AI, forced to fight, die, and repeat. The machines think you will never escape, and the system is designed to keep you there. Your task is to carve a way out using lightning-fast gunplay, fluid movement built for high-paced action, and environmental destruction that works as a core gameplay mechanic rather than set dressing. Blast through walls, collapse structures, and stagger enemies to survive.

Versatility is the other half of the loop. The game’s gun-modding system lets you discover limitless weapon combinations, strategically combining mods into devastating loadouts and unlocking wild synergies. Every run also forces real decisions: which fights to take, which paths push your limits, and whether to take the dangerous route for bigger rewards or play it safe. Each new run presents new choices and new paths.

As a launch thank-you, the Supporter’s Pack will be available only on Steam at the 1.0 launch, and it is granted free to everyone who owned the game in Early Access. If you already own VOID/BREAKER, or buy it before 1.0 on November 4, 2026, you receive the pack automatically at no extra cost.

Behind the game is a solo effort. VOID/BREAKER is a solo project by developer Daniel Stubbington of Stubby Games, previously known for the Portal-inspired puzzle game The Entropy Centre (2022). With 1.0, Stubbington turns his attention fully to dynamic FPS gameplay and roguelites, closing one chapter of Early Access and opening the finished one.

Check the Steam page or the official Playstack announcement for full details on the release.
