Transport Fever 3, the latest installment in Urban Games’ beloved transport tycoon franchise, launches today on Steam and multiple other platforms. Published by Paradox Interactive, the game arrives at 16:00 UTC with a $49.99 USD price tag and promises to be the most ambitious entry in the series yet.
The sequel builds on nearly a decade of transport simulation expertise, tasking players with building and managing logistics networks across land, sea, and air. Starting from horse-drawn wagons and steam trains, players can progress through over a century of transportation history up to modern jet planes, supertankers, and high-speed rail.

Key new features include dynamic weather systems that affect route planning, expanded vehicle rosters, and deeper economic mechanics. Towns and cities now evolve more organically, with industries appearing on the map over time and populations growing in response to your transport decisions. The game introduces offshore industries and more complex cargo chains that demand careful logistics planning.
The campaign mode returns with scenarios set in different countries and eras, while the free game mode drops players into a world with preexisting settlements to connect and grow. A sandbox mode is also available for those who prefer unconstrained creativity.
Multi-Platform Launch
Transport Fever 3 launches simultaneously on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG), Mac, Linux, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game features full controller support across all platforms, including DualSense and DualShock compatibility on PlayStation.
Three editions are available at launch: the Standard Edition at $49.99, a Deluxe Edition with additional legendary vehicles and landmarks, and a Collector’s Edition that includes physical collectibles. Pre-purchase bonuses include the TS Queen Mary ocean liner, the Great Pyramid landmark, and an Asian elephant wildlife addition.
