Every time I ask one of my pals how much time they’ve put into Mewgenics, it’s always the same response: “oh, not that long, only a hundred hours.” So expansive is Edmund McMillen and Tyler Glaiel’s feline-focused strategy game that you can spend weeks entrenched in breeding the perfect squad, and you’ll have barely cat-scratched the surface. Despite only being out for a month, its first DLC is in the works, described by McMillen as “small.” From what’s being promised though, I’d posit it’s anything but.
